MOT Emission Fail

Afternoon All,

So took my pride and joy to get an MOT and she failed on emissions. 

Car has a sports Cat, and Remap
the Remap is unknown tbh, and from the receipt probably a generic Map was used.

Anyways I replaced the Cat with another Sports Cat from Ebay, Also changed the  O2 & Lambda Sensors.

Took her back in and..... again She has Failed.
No fault Codes or anything which is darn annoying.

Anyways thought I could see if anyone here has had issues with Emissions etc?

Mine failed once. It was a loose plug.
