Has anyone replaced a windscreen yet?

Mine's just gone, and there are horror stories on the 'net about broken trim pieces and huge bills.  Is it best to go to the dealer, or rely on Autoglass?

Auto glass did a decent job Roger, took ages to get the glass, 6 weeks I think. They do replace the trim but mine was as new after.
