10mm wheel spacers

Hi can you advise ? 10mm spacers on the front of a 595 abarth. When fitted they take the lip of the hub away leaving no lip for the wheel to sit on . Is this standard for all 10mm spacers and is it safe ? Cheers Stevie

I think you will find they are safe but ideally you want hub centric spacers as these will come with the lip for the wheel to sit onto like a standard hub.
