I have to say I am seriously impressed by Abarth Customer Services, and the very charming Grace in particular. I emailed them to check on progress of my car, and have had regular phone calls to keep me informed of any changes and two back-up calls post-delivery to check that I'm happy with it. Also good support from Gino at Bedford Motorvogue who actually supplied it - nice to deal with a true petrolhead instead of just another salesman. Don't get him started on Triumph 2.5 PIs, though, you'll never get away....
