I need to put some winter tyres on my 595. Does anybody have any suggestions? I have no idea which ones to put on!

Not much point fitting them now as Brian said!

But best bet is to get a spare set of 16" wheels, ive got Pirelli Snow controls on mine :)

Why the 16"s? Handle better in the snow + cheaper snow tyres for them?

Yep :) Snow tyres are also more readily available in 16" compared to 17" !

I have 205/45/16 Pirelli Sottozero on at the moment.

They're ok.  Give excellent lateral grip, braking is improved but you can struggle to put power down on wet days - but winter tyres aren't designed with this in mind so I wouldn't worry ;)
