Tesco face wipes
£1 a packet
Used them for years on my car interiors / plastics
Cheap - leave no streaking and no stickyness

Most interior quick detailers should work perfectly. Most offer a factory finish these days, can even purchase something like AutoGlanz Trim Reaper, dilute it up to 1:20 if you want a completely matte finish. If you can be bothered with diluting something like Autoperfekt N1 Dash leaves a nice, low shine finish that is dry to the touch. and also cleans pretty well.
