from i found they are ex race cars from the bsm Celebrity challenge, so naturally they have race pedigree

They were normal production cars that had some "race" options fitted by a dealer in the UK, and were used a few times as a publicity stunt...

Considering they had a very hard start in life, and the fact that insurance might be an issue - I would suggest that they are £2000 - £3000 over priced :)

well, thanks for bringing that info to light, from what i found out searching the net made it sound like they were factory built as only 15 examples.....which is now making me think to fit a half cage and tow straps to mine...since from time to time i do a bit of circuit touring with the Cannonball gt lot.
