Ccompression ratio?
« on: February 02, 2015, 07:15:46 PM »
Sort of prompted by thread about petrol being used. I have had a car where handbook specified not less than 97 octane fuel. From memory, that ran a CP of 10.5 or 11 to 1. Being lazy really ::) but don't have handbook to hand (not sure info is there anyway!). Any of you excellent people out there know what CP a standard A500 has?  Thanks in advance

Crikey, that was quick! :) Not so high then really. Not sure where that gets us in the usual discussions about which petrol is best, which will no doubt run and run ::) Many thanks scenix (sorry, I know I haven't got that quite right :'()
