rear defuser and single/double exhausts

Hi, i have a question over the rear defuser on our 500's
Is there any difference in these ?
Im thinking of a 135/140 against a 160/180. Specifically over the exhaust.
I have a 135 with single pipes.if i wanted to fit say a manza back box would it be a straight fit?

Yes it's a straight fit. I swapped my stock single exit Turismo exhaust for a monza without any issues.
