Waiting for insurance papers to come through

I got insurance back with you guys back in mid January, and I am now waiting for the insurance papers to come through,it is no mid-end of February. I would like to know when my insurance papers will come through my door...

When I was with them all papers are online, you print them off yourself from the link in their email. They did not use snail mail.

Yep, all documents come through email with Flux.  Check your spam if it's not in your inbox.  If nothing there then give them a call to resend.

I've never needed to download anything.  Literally been sent a PDF of the documents in an email.  Been with Flux for about 8 years and have 2 cars insured with them, and it's never been any different?

Go to site https://www.adrianflux.co.uk/faqs/ how do I get my policy online tells you how to get it. If you aint got password call customer service and they will send again by email. 0344 381 6502. But as 595girlie said one of the emails will have pdf attachment with all the documents.
