I can confirm it is now snowing in the Horsham, West Sussex vicinity and I am very much looking forward to driving home in it.

Ps. Please read the above in a sarcastic tone.

I seriously thought we'd moved to Narnia overnight. Had to scoop about 6 inches off the car this morning and I must have been one of the first people out of our street today. I did start to think I had made a mistake trying to get to work as it started snowing again when I was on the motorway but I got there without too much trouble. Nice quiet drive home to find the roads mainly clear and Lee has cleared the driveway (he had to literally dig the Polo out this morning apparently!) let's hope the talk of more snow later is not true.....

Little bit of advice for people, take it out of sports mode and its a lot easier to prevent the wheels spinning.

My estate is terrible Joanne but was suprised at how well my punto dealt with it, bellshill and back without any skidding or drama ☺

We've not had a flake in my part of Kent, which is typical really when I've only just got the Winter Kit on!

I found my wheels locked up under breaking quite easily in the snow, not driving especially fast either. Perhaps the ABS doesn't kick in as much in such a light car?
