Snow foam

Just a few question, I want to buy a new snow foam thing for my karcher the one that is supplied with the machine has a very small bottle. Other is which snow foam do most people use, have seen a few videos and they all seem to go on at different thickness.

I can't really say anymore Ads! The student has become the teacher! ;)

Cheaper alternatives to consider if Angel Wax Fast Foam and KKD Blizzard/Blizzard Force. Initial outlay is less but as Ads correctly pointed out, dilution ratio's aren't as good as the Obsession Wax Blizzard.

The last suggestion would be Bilt Hamber Auto foam, it cleans brilliantly but my only complaint is it lasts a few minutes at best as it isn't very thick, it means I can't spend as long as I would like cleaning my alloys while the foam does its work, hence why I have now moved onto thicker foams which clean just as good as the Bilt Hamber stuff, purely to fit my routine. You may not require a thick clinging foam like me though and find Auto foam fine. I did find dilution rates were pretty poor with BH though and I was needing 100ml of product to 500/600ml of water for a decent foam.

Been using Ultimate but after reading this will try Blizzard. Already a fan of Meguiars.

Only tried a couple (AutoBrite Directs Magifoam, ABD's SuperFoam and ValetPro pH Neutral), I found the Superfoam required less product, but with the current  VP pH Neutral I use about 1 inch in the bottom of a 1 litre bottle and that gives a nice thick foam that sticks quite well.

The initial outlay can seem steep depending on where you shop, but if over time you replace your pressure washer for a different brand, you can always get replacement connectors for the setup.

Valet pro was the first I tried and found its cleaning power to be very poor, lookedgood though. Same story with magnifoam. All looks, no cleaning ability!

Can't comment on the other fish as I haven't tried it but plenty of better out there for you to try! :)

As yet I haven't gone down the route of a Karcher attachment, have never had to as I haven't used these snow foam cleaners.

Having read some of the threads here, I have just ordered some to try, am intending using a gardening pump sprayer bottle to apply the foam.

Has anyone else gone down this route?

Dos the pressure of the Karcher make a difference or is it just the chemicals that do the work?
