2nd hand TMC Tuning Kit

I'm looking into buying a 2nd hand TMC tuning kit.

Is the tuning different depending on stock power or are all the boxes the same? So I have a 160bhp 595, if I buy a 2nd hand box that was installed on a 140bhp will it work in the same way (boosting mine to around 180bhp)?

Is the Bluespark then just as good as these remaps from good tuners?
