BOV filter mod

Hi Guys,

Has anyone put a BOV filter on their AGP/SS and know where to buy one and whether it's a simple install?

Forge does a BOV for the punto. But it's very expensive for what it is.

You can used you current valve, just change it from a recirculating system to a straight to atmosphere. I personal don't think it sounds too bad.

Yeah it's just one of each that you need. You could also get some jubilee clips if replace the difficult to use fiat ones.

There is no performance gain or loss from this mod. Just makes it sound nice when you change gear ;D

Hey Skevy,

Does it matter what length the Silicone Hose coupler is, 100mm ok or is that too long?

And guessing the blanking plug needs to be 28mm?

Yeah 100mm should be fine, I think that's the size I got for mine.

And yeap, 28mm Plug is what you need.

I'll take a photo of mine when I finish work and post them on later.

So all the bits have turned up (the silicone pipe arrived today!)

I popped via my parents to pick my parts up and promptly installed them! pics attached!

Real easy to install and the end result is... the BIGGEST GRIN ever!  :D great noise!!
