Abarth 500, 595 & 695 / High mileage or not?

What would you call 'high' mileage for a 500 Abarth....
seen a '10' plate with 65000 ...looks great, drives great....but 65000 narks me a bit .
Any potential problems or what to lookout for....any advice.
