Abarth 500, 595 & 695 / Under seat audio cable connections?

So I'm thinking about braving installing a little sub in my boot and have read up that the inter scope wiring could be under my seats making the whole process a lot easier so I've had a look this morning and found a few connections just wondered if anyone has any experience in this and could shed some light on what it is I'm looking at
So I drive a 180 comp with sabalt seats
Drivers side has what looks like 5 pin orange female connection
Passengers side has the same but with another 2 pin connection attached
Any advice welcome
