South East Owners / Festival Italia convoy

Hi all

Anybody going to Festival Italia on Sunday want to join our convoy to Brands Hatch? There have been various posts on Facebook but I know some of you are not on there.

I am meeting a few at Maidstone services on the M20 at 7am to leave by 7.10 at the latest, we are then meeting up with others at The Moat pub/restaurant on the A20 (London Rd, Wrotham, Sevenoaks TN15 7RR) at about 7.30ish.

When we arrive at the circuit those that are allocated to be parking with the AOC will be directed to their parking area and those that are general Italian parking will be directing accordingly but it would be nice to all arrive together

Please comment on the post below if you want to meet at either location so we can gauge numbers and who we should be expecting

For Sale / Abarth Formula 17ins alloys Sold

Black Formula alloys for sale. 2 have barely legal tyres on them.
3 of the wheels are in great condition but 1 has a small curb rash which has been painted black with a repair pen and isn't noticeable from a couple of feet away.

I am looking for £420 ovno, collection from Maidstone in Kent preferable but I am sure we can make other arrangements should it be necessary.

South East Owners / A meet in Kent

Hi all

I am looking at setting up a meet in Kent for us down in the South East. Hopefully this could turn into a monthly thing but let's see how we go. There is a Facebook group called Abarths of South East England that has a poll running to see which day would be best for everyone, at the moment it looks like a Sunday so I am thinking of maybe a breakfast meet so you could be home by lunchtime to spend time with family should that be an issue.

Please find the Facebook page and place a vote for the best day for you or alternatively for those that don't do Facebook please let me know on this thread

Meets & Events / Motors by the Moat

Not sure who would be interested but this event is being held at Leeds Castle in Kent on May 6th and 7th. It is £10 per car with up to four people included in the price.

I am attending on the Sunday so if you would like to attend this event please apply online on the Leeds castle website. If you state that you are with the Abarth Owners club we will all be parked together.

Hi all

I'm looking at changing my stripes and have a few other ideas, I have just received a quote and fell off my chair!

Can anyone recommend somewhere in Kent/Essex that they have either used or have heard really good things about? I am prepared to pay good money for quality.

Just in case some of you are not on the Facebook page we are organising a quick meet up at the Stop24 services on the M20 (junction10.....I think?). We are planning to meet about 7ish with a couple turning up just after 8. Would be good to meet up with you all

Abarth 500, 595 & 695 / miles per gallon

please be kind.....i know its all about the 'smiles per gallon' but i am curious at what mpg you are getting?

my Yamaha is returning between 37 and 38 mpg which to me is slightly disappointing, what do you all think?

still very happy after one months ownership so it doesn't really matter but i am just wondering

Hi all

I am a newbie Abarth owner. I have owned my lovely Podium blue Yamaha racing 595 for nearly a month............it is definitely all about the smiles per gallon!

Can I ask any of you that have lowered their babies which springs you used? As part of the Yamaha package I had Koni shocks and springs added and was told that the car would sit lower......I don't think it is any lower than a standard model? I am looking at about a 30mm drop, anyone gone lower without causing more issues?

For Sale / 595 Exhaust, shocks and springs

Hi all

I am a brand new Abarth owner having just purchased a shiny new Yamaha 595 in Podium blue. This comes with a Monza exhaust and Koni shocks and springs. I am now left with the standard bits that have done 5 miles

Would anyone on here be interested? I am not after stupid money, just thinking it might do someone a favour if they needed to replace anything? Especially the exhaust as it's a genuine Abarth part rather than a patent part

I hope to meet up with some of you at future events
