Abarth 500, 595 & 695 / Replacement Rear Bumper

Hi,
Quick question any response(s) would be great.
My abarth's rear bumper has a mystery "pressure dent" on it which whoever i show it too cannot determine where it has come from. The point is it want it gone therefore have taken it to a recommended autobody shop to have this looked at.
I received quote from there which totaled £730.78 (Labour £152, bumper £343.40, clips £8.58, paint £105 plus VAT £120.80), it seems a lot however cannot say because its my only quote.
Does this seem steep to you or OK?
(Before anyone recommends having it removed and put in the over to pop the dent back out again, we have it and it didn't work, hence the replacement option
)
