Mine is 2014 and just turned over 22.500. Bought it last year with 15.500. Drive it everyday to work.

Will be moving house in September and really hoping to use it a less to preserve the mileage.

Hi,

Anybody tried or have sub under the seat? Any opinions? Is it worth anything? I can get one for around €50 and wondering should I go for it.

Thanks,

Cezary

So had Brembo Max discs with EBC Green Stuff pads and BlueSpark box installed:) New tyres are on the car as well. Novitec springs are doing their job perfectly.

Have mixed feelings about BlueSpark for now but will wait for it to settle and see what happens.

Few pics after a deep wash and comparison before and after it was lowered.

Bought mine two weeks ago and still didnt have time to fit it. Looked around the battery and it seems that mine is slightly different to whats in the manual. Have to remove the battery tray and a heat shield from ecu plus few other screws.

« on: November 08, 2016, 02:27:08 PM »
Summer tyres grip drops dramatically in temperatures below +7 degrees. In Ireland I don't change tyres for winter as the climate is very mild.

I have Audi in Poland and I cant imagine driving on summer tyres. When there's a little bit of snow on the road there literally no grip on summer tyres. When you try to brake ABS will kick in almost immediately and stopping distance will be enormous. Winter tyre transforms the way the car handles. My summer setup is 225/45/15 and for winter I have a set of steel wheels with 185/65/15. Narrower tyre provides better grip on snow and ice.

So after a short while owing the car its time to make some upgrades. Did the 2 year service in Abarth/Fiat garage in Mallusk last Saturday. Have to replace a bottom, right wishbone but its covered by the warranty, so happy days :)

Already have BMC air filter insert, tomorrow going to install BlueSpark powerbox and Novitec lowering springs. Ordered 4 new GoodYear Eagle F1 Asymmetric tyres  and a full set of Brembo Max discs with EBC Green Stuff pads.

Added blue DRL and side lights bulbs from MS Racing with Diadem front indicator bulbs. Fitted silver Philips indicator bulbs in the rear. Have Osram Night Breaker bulbs for dipped lights and high beam for the front, will fit the tomorrow.

Will post some before and after pics this weekend.

When I start my car, the TTC button is lit.  This means that TTC is engaged?

So if I press the button, there is no LSD effect?

I find it's off by default when the ignition is off. I can't remember what the light on the switch does, but it should come up on the speedo display "TTC Connected" or "TTC Disconnected" when you press the button. However, mine's a series 2, so could be different.

Does anyone know how this works with the mechanical LSD? Or do the cars with the LSD not have TTC?

When TTC is connected the button light is on. As a default TTC is disconnected.

That what I was thinking. It will look better on higher profile, would fill the arch better.

A lot to consider then. After reading all the posts I cant wait to change the Pirellis I have now.

Did anybody try to put higher profile tyres? For example 205/45/17?
