Title: Abarth Owners Club Map - Where are you!?

Thought of the idea from my old post for another car group and basically you add your marker and it will show other users where you are from and hopefully it will be easier to do meets.

If you don't like the idea of giving away your location, just put your nearest city.

How do I add myself, I hear you call?
1. This needs to be done on a computer, using a web browser.
2. Open the Map
3. Find your location (or somewhere close to you)
4. Click the 'Add Marker' button under the search bar
5. Click the location that you want the marker to be placed
6. Add your forum name and some basic details about your car (model, colour, etc..)
7. Click Save

Looks like most of us are located in England. If we were to do a meet, I think Oxford would be ideal since its in the middle of us.

It should show a list of everyone on the map, with their names to the left? You can edit your name and select your pointer.

Mine was trial and error (aka luck) but from memory: click on where you want to appear on the map. Somehow, a little box with pop up. In the box, delete "location and number" and replace with your user name. Might have skipped a couple of steps, but that should roughly be it.... :-\

It is weird if trying to see my location from Apple device, can't see my location, but if i go on my PC then i can see my location.

Can anyone see my locations added on the bottom of the list J77SOR?? ??? ???

Thanks for making this a sticky. Loads of members now. hopefully this will make location for meets a lot easier and picking out members nearest to you for a small drive or something.

I also noticed the Evo Trangle road has been added :) I'm going there when I get my Abarth!
If you know any more good roads, add them to the map!

I saw that someone had created a route, so thought it would be a good addition :). But the whole map is such a great idea!

Trying on an Apple lappy. Have just tried again, but cannot get the pin thingy or any form of text box???

Do I have to sign in to Google first?

For those guys in Scotland......if you ever do a 'meet' make sure you let us all know.......I'm often up in the East Kilbride/Hamilton area (which is why my mileage is horrendous) and my favourite treks out in your beautiful countryside are Dukes Pass (Callandar to Aberfoyle) and the Loch Lomond to Glencoe/Old Military Road route......stunning!
